Previously, these areas were managed by the neighborhood’s developer. As of December 2024, the HOA Board of Directors has taken over the upkeep of these greenspaces. We thank you for your understanding as we navigate this transition.
Notices are sent out by January 15, and payments are due by February 15.
You can make a payment online through the "Pay Dues" tab on our website, or by mailing a check to the Harvest Hills Homeowners Association, P.O. Box 126, Gretna, NE 68028.
Annual dues are assessed to whoever owns the property when notices are prepared on January 1.
In cases where a lot is sold from developer to owner/builder, the owner/builder will pay prorated dues for the remainder of the cycle.
If an existing owner or builder sells to a new owner, any proration adjustments will be settled directly between the buyer and seller at closing through the title company.
Please note, all payments made to the Harvest Hills HOA are final and refunds will not be issued.
Annual dues are assessed to the property owner as of January 1, when notices are prepared. If a builder is listed as the property owner, they are responsible for paying the dues or coordinating with the future homeowner to pay on their behalf. Builders may receive a credit for the remaining months of the current cycle at closing (see above).
